To Claim A Crown: An Origin Myth

When a celestial union is infiltrated by a rogue star, a god of terror is born, forcing the elemental creators to fracture the world and gift humanity with divine power to survive his discord.

In the Time Before Time, the Mother-Moon and Father-Sun joined to create the foundations of the world. But an intruder star tainted their union, giving life to Fiersym, the God of Mischief and Terror. Banished to the mortal planes, Fiersym’s jealousy knows no bounds as he seeks to dismantle the harmony established by his siblings—Ignar of the Land, Nesar of the Skies, and Salar of the Seas.

As Fiersym unleashes stormy skies, rough seas, and the plague of war among the first People, the celestial balance is pushed to the breaking point. To save their creations from total destruction, the Father-Sun and Mother-Moon must enact a cosmic separation, limiting Fiersym’s reach while scattering divine gifts across the land. Now, the People must navigate a divided world, protected by Seers and Giants, while the “undying” remains of Fiersym’s taint burn eternally in the unsacred land of Skoll-Firen.

Description

In the Time Before Time, the foundations of the world were laid by the celestial union of the Mother-Moon and Father-Sun. However, this sacred harmony was shattered when an intruder star tainted their bond, leading to the birth of Fiersym, the God of Mischief and Terror. Banished to the mortal planes he helped create, Fiersym’s jealousy drove him to dismantle the elemental work of his siblings: Ignar of the Land, Nesar of the Skies, and Salar of the Seas.

As Fiersym unleashed war, plague, and stormy chaos upon the first People, the celestial balance reached a breaking point. To protect their creations, the Father-Sun and Mother-Moon enacted a cosmic separation, dividing the world into distinct planes and scattering divine gifts—creating the first Seers and Warriors. While the world found a fragile peace, the “undying” remains of Fiersym’s taint continue to burn eternally in the unsacred land of Skoll-Firen, leaving a permanent tension between the sacred and the fallen.

"In the Time Before Time, the Mother-Moon and Father-Sun joined in a union that blackened the sky of all light. From this darkness, they bore the architects of our world and a final son, Fiersym—the God of Mischief and Terror, whose namesake declared his turbulent existence."
